Final Sale Policy

All items from the GF Vault Sale are final sale — no returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted. These items are part of a limited-edition clearance and priced accordingly.

Please double-check your order before checkout. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Damages and Issues

We take pride in ensuring every order leaves our facility in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged due to shipping carrier mishandling, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
• The damaged item
• The shipping box and label

Once verified, we’ll work with you on a replacement or store credit (depending on availability).
We are not responsible for damage caused by third-party carriers once the package is in transit, but we’ll always try to help resolve legitimate issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is shipped and scanned by the carrier, FD is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance. We can help you open a claim if needed.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days and shipped via tracked carrier service.
Delivery times vary by region but average 3–7 business days within the U.S. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
